Newcastle is located in the state of New South Wales (NSW) which was the first founded state in Australia when the first settlers arrive. There is plenty to do when you visit this town so make sure you pack for at least a few weeks otherwise you might miss out on some of the fun that is to be had. I first made the trip to Newcastle to visit a girl I meet in college. It was a great trip and we spent most of the time visiting the beach and other towns around the place.
